CloudCheckr’s trending reports allow you to quickly see how your EC2, S3, RDS, Glacier and or Support Cases deployments have fluctuated over the past 7, 30, 90, 180 or 365 days. The data for these charts begins populating daily as soon as you start using CloudCheckr and can be easily exported into a CSV file.  Below are examples of EC2 and S3 trending reports.

CloudCheckr uses the detailed billing report to see your EC2 usage across the complete consolidated billing family. For payer accounts, you will be able to see all the EC2 usage for all the payees and for payee accounts, you will only be able to see the usage for the payee.

This information is broken up across several reports. You can review the data by time or instance which shows the history of the number of hours instances were running by hour and or by day.  Advanced filtering options allow you to filter/group by AMI, instance ID, region, availability zone, tags, instance type, platform, pricing type and date range.

We further allow you to review the trending data by looking at running instances by pricing type (On-Demand, Reserved and Spot instances), that will provide you trending charts over the past 7, 30, 90, 180 or 365 days.

Finally we provide a trending view into the resources associated with this instances, such as EBS Volume/Storage,  Elastic Load Balancers/ IPs, Active Reserved Instances, AMIs and EC2 Security Groups.
